Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Handcrafted Excellence Takes Time

Every single Wilson Board product is designed, pressed, and hand-machined right here in the USA. Because our pro setups, decks, and accessories are crafted and hand-packed to order, we prioritize rigorous material quality control over rushed fulfillment.

  • Processing & Handling Time: All orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 3 to 4 business days. We process and ship packages in batches twice a week.
  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping options are not available at this time.
  • Carrier Rates & Delivery Estimates: Packages are shipped securely via USPS Ground Advantage out of Arkansas. Standard transit times are typically 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on package weight.
  • Tracking Updates: As soon as your shipping box is taped up and your label is printed, an automated confirmation email containing your tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier network to update the tracking telemetry.
  • Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages: Wilson Boards is not responsible for postal transit delays, delivery errors due to an incorrectly inputted address at checkout, or packages marked as successfully "Delivered" by the carrier that go missing. Please double-check your shipping coordinates before completing your order. If a package is genuinely lost or stuck in transit by the carrier, contact us at wilsonboardsofficial@gmail.com and we will assist you in opening an official carrier investigation.
