All Sales Are Final
Because every Wilson Boards deck and complete setup is crafted and hand-packed in limited drops, all sales are final once an order has been completed and processed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
- Variations in natural wood grain or veneer ply color tracking.
- Misordered sizes, color preferences, or variant selections.
- Hardware, decks, or grip tape sheets that have been unpacked, applied, assembled, or stepped on.
Defective or Damaged Items
We take great pride in our multi-step physical and visual quality control benchmarks before any package is taped shut. However, if an item bypasses our inspection and arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect (such as out-of-the-box layer delamination or structural drill flaws), we will immediately make it right.
- The Timeline: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery as marked by the USPS tracking telemetry.
- How to Submit a Claim: Send an official email to wilsonboardsofficial@gmail.com.
- Submission Requirements: Your email must include your original Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and clear, close-up, high-resolution photos of the completely unused defect.
- The Resolution: Once audited and approved, we will issue a direct replacement variant or a storefront digital gift credit to fully resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Once an order is dropped and finalized into our payment ledger system at checkout, it cannot be edited, modified, or canceled. Please review your shipping metrics and product details thoroughly before hitting the purchase button.
